J. P. Munley, 17, and a resident of Westfield, who also goes by the name of artist ‘Paul O’Silly’ is a winner of the poster contest sponsored by SCC, RVCC and Empower Somerset. The contest invited area students to communicate the need for safe disposal of prescription drugs.
